Much of the info I’m sharing to the hundreds of athletes in attendance, should sound familiar to you!
Enjoy, and remember that if you haven’t yet attended one of my run clinics, of course I highly recommend it.
I work hard to continually update the clinics with new information that is conveyed concisely and effectively.

Hi Al,
I watched your video on beginners triathlete. In there you mentioned “Newton-Running” which was new for me. So I researched it. I am pursuing a similar approach called “POSE-Method of Running” (Dr. Romanov). I was curious what you think about the effectiveness of these “Gravity running” methods. POSE for example negates the existence of push-off as Gravity is the sole force that propels the runner forward. I thought you might have some insightful, less biased thoughts.
Thanks,
Ingo
Coach Al,
on the video on BT site you mention that the powerpoint presentation used will be posted on your website. I can’t find it. The video didn’t show all of the slides, can you please direct me to where that presentation is?
Thanks for very informative presentation.
Mark
